Include an arrow icon to indicate that the list is clickable, initiate the conversion process.
Purpose:
Allow users to extend their loan tenor by selecting a new one, whether they've made repayments on current installments or not, while understanding the impact on monthly repayments and loan balance.

Display current installment, remaining tenor, and remaining amount.
Show the reduction in the monthly installment after selecting a new tenor, with longer tenors offering lower repayments, starting with the longest tenor to drive user choices.

Ensure that the person initiating the Convert Installment process is the actual account owner, providing an additional layer of security before confirming the loan tenor extension, and ensuring that the action is performed knowingly and consciously.

Prompt the user to enter their PIN to authenticate their identity.
Ensure that the process is secure and the PIN entry is accurate before proceeding.
Purpose:
Provide feedback to the user that the Convert Installment process was successfully completed, displaying the new tenor and new monthly installment. Also, offer an option to reach customer service for any questions.

Show the new tenor and new monthly installment clearly.
Include an optional help component for users to contact customer service if they need further clarification.
